HREDC Retail Recruitment Committee
The HREDC Retail Committee is comprised of HREDC board members, chamber of commerce representatives, convention and visitor’s bureau representatives, City/County representatives and community members. The committee is responsible for identifying retail leakage/demand; and creating and administering an aggressive retail recruitment effort in the HREDC Region. The committee oversees initiatives like ICSC events, franchisee recruitment, relationships with site consultants/corp RE/brand reps/developers, outreach programs, site development and incentive programs. The committee meets on an as needed basis.
