HREDC Hiring: Workforce Pipeline Coordinator

The Hannibal Regional Economic Development Council (HREDC) is seeking a Workforce Pipeline Coordinator to help strengthen the talent pipeline in Marion and Ralls Counties.

This full-time role is central to advancing HREDC’s mission of growing the regional economy by connecting education and employment. The Workforce Pipeline Coordinator will:

• Promote local career pathways and opportunities.

• Engage employers in internships, apprenticeships, and mentorship programs.

• Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and training providers.

• Coordinate workforce initiatives that prepare students and job seekers for high-demand careers.

Compensation: $55,000–$70,000 annually plus retirement matching and health, vision, and dental insurance.
Location: Based in Northeast Missouri, serving Marion and Ralls Counties.
