HANNIBAL, MO (January 12, 2026) — The Hannibal Regional Economic Development Council (HREDC) is pleased to announce the hiring of Coley Haycraft as its new Workforce Pipeline Coordinator.

In this role, Haycraft will lead efforts to strengthen the regional talent pipeline across Marion and Ralls Counties by building partnerships between employers, schools, training providers, and community organizations. Her work will focus on aligning education and workforce needs, expanding career pathways, and supporting programs that connect individuals to meaningful employment opportunities.

Haycraft joins HREDC as part of a new, collaborative Workforce Pipeline Initiative designed to strengthen the local talent pipeline through coordinated efforts across multiple partner organizations. While Haycraft will serve as the dedicated Workforce Pipeline Coordinator housed at HREDC, the initiative itself is supported by a broader, multi-organization team working together to advance workforce development efforts. This approach allows partners to focus on shared priorities—particularly in healthcare and trade and manufacturing—while leveraging each organization’s strengths to build sustainable, local workforce pathways.

Haycraft brings more than a decade of experience in employment services, program coordination, and community collaboration. Most recently, she served as a Support Coordinator Supervisor with County Connections, where she led teams providing case management and employment support services across multiple counties. She also brings experience from the Hannibal Public School District, where she worked directly with students in classroom and program implementation roles.
